Description: Simultaneous low shelving, high shelving, and eight peak/notch filters.
Notes: Peak/notch bandwidth is selectable as the frequency span between the -3 dB points or as that
between the half-gain (in dB) points. The former setting has a gentler feel; the latter setting yields
symmetric boost/cut curves.
